With my one and only IVF transfer I had cramping from immediately right after the transfer all the way throughout my first trimester of pregnancy. Doctors do a blood test to find out if she is pregnant.

However after about two mentally agonising days the cramping settled to a mild stabbing sensation and I realised it might be the embie hatching itself into my uterus and my word. As long as youre not bleeding clear blood you have to hang on and wait -. I had sharp cramping on day 2 and 3 after the transfer and since then have had cramping on and off but not nearly as strong.
Its pretty much a dull ache in my lower abdomen. I am on progesterone 3x a day and do have endo and had mild OHSS so those could all be factors. Im needing some stories of hope right now.
I got cramping on the 2nd and 3rd day after my transfer. I then felt very bloated until my hpt. I did get pregnant delivered a healthy baby boy last April 2008.
When the cramping subsided I was convinced I wasnt pregnant when the beta came back wgood numbers I was floored. Just need some reassuranceI know in my head this is normal but please share with me success stories after not experiencing any symptoms during the 2WW. Or just share your thoughts. IVF1 both fresh and and FET ended in chemicals although all embies were grade A.

Other then that I didnt have as many symptoms as I did the first transfer. That time I literally could feel cramping the entire time the implantation spotting etc. I was almost positive this time didnt work bc I didnt feel any cramping until after my pregnancy test or crazy symptoms.
I am now on day 9 after FET. Ive been cramping since about day 6 and am just waiting for the spotting to start. I dont have any pregnancy symptoms and I feel like AF is coming.
