So Ive been just about managing on my daily dose of lactulose and a high fibre lots of fluid diet. However the last 3 days my gut seems to have gone on strike. Wondering if a sachet of fybogel as well might help things get moving but cant find any info about taking it with lactulose.

Laculose on its own seemed to do not quite enough and I admit I never tried Movicol on its own either at any point.
