I think it must be scary for them if they wake from a nap and they are in a cafe when they went to sleep on the bus especially if they cant see mummy right away I would be scared if I woke up in a random place all alone. It does look like a very mild seizure but he is awake and aware of being awakedefinitly not a night terror and can focus and talk to me with no problemsi will give him a few sips of OJ. Its very typical for it to present between 4-12 months of age and seizurues occur upon waking it looks like baby is doing the startle reflex arms up legs out head drops and back arches not all of these necessarily appear together it doesnt sound like your lo has this but can I suggest you visit a dr first thing tomorrow.
